Super high speed HDPE air ring, AREO-5 is applied for thin or thick, single or multi-layer blown film; especially suitable for HDPE ABA blown film. Due to its excellent deign of exits, the air volume effectively reaches each point of bubble and evenly cool down molten from exits. The Dual Lips design enables the first exit air smoothly bringing up; but has no conflict with the 2nd exit air; thus it creates good effect of smooth flowing up along with bubble to take heat out from there.
