Owing to the precision works under the most advanced facilities adopted, we assure our die head performance for blown film to be maintained at fast cooling high output, low variation film gauge, and good optics. Bubble film drawing out by our die heads can be maintained glossy, shiny good optics and clarity. By hard chrome plating or Electroless Nickel plating, molten plastics running smoothly and free from melt fracture or shark skin. Due to even and precise control of die cap temperature, the drawn out molten can be controlled with a very lower film thickness variation or gauge variation.
